Technical Sales Representative
Speedfit Africa, a well-established plumbing distributor, requires a dynamic, young and energetic sales consultant with a proven sales track record to join our growing inland team. This is a demanding role, servicing and growing several existing plumbing merchants by developing our end-user customers as well as winning new customers.

The ideal Speedfit team player is someone who’s eager to learn and has a drive to continuously improve. Someone who shows initiative, is agile in their business approach and seeks to build relationships over transactions. Based out of Nelspruit, the position will encompass all facets of sales and marketing of our plumbing and underfloor heating products including new business sales, account management and basic technical training.

We need an independent, highly motivated self-starter looking to make a mark in the industry. You must be passionate about creating and growing relationships and have great interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

Matric or equivalent (post matric qualifications advantageous)

4 years’ proven sales experience is a requirement which you will need to demonstrate
Must have relevant SALES and ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT experience
Building trade sales background, or similar, is an advantage
Experience in plumbing would be advantageous
Ideally having dealt with plumbers, developers, professionals and merchants
Excellent English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license essential
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office & CRM experience)
