Attend Sales Meetings as and when required
Attend Sales Conferences and other events
Participate and coordinate sales events and sponsorships

Intervene where any delays with admin or fitments is experienced
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Manage Pending Fitments and βLostβ leads by drawing reports and following up
Coordinate Vendor Applications, SLAβs and other agreements
Keep record and minutes of all meetings

Customer Service
Provide Customers with updates and constant feedback
Quality Service at all times
Resolve Complaints or escalate where needed
Communicate all queries, delays or inefficiencies to relevant parties
General
Maintain accurate records and statistics
Adhere to all policies and procedures
Communicate at all times
Job Requirements
Matric;
Experience in Account Management (2 years)
Experience in Sales and Key Account Management (2 Years)
Knowledge of Telematics
Experience in Insurance Industry
Computer Literacy
Telematics Knowledge
Computer Literacy
Sales Experience
MS Office: Excel, Word

Minute Taking
