Revenue / Reservations Manager - CAPE TOWN

Responsibilities: '

You will be leading and growing a team of 3 reservationists, dealing with up to 2000 inbound reservations per month, via multiple channels & OTAs.
You will be dealing with different departments in the business, to ensure guests are satisfied from first point of contact, to check out, and beyond.
You will be coordinating marketing for over 150 properties, across various channels (with the assistance of course)
You will be working with a revenue manager, to ensure that our pricing and revenue strategy is up to date, and properly executed at all times.
You will be promoting our portfolio to a network of agents, direct guests, online channels, and more
