About the Position

The main purpose of this position is to plan, direct, coordinate and budget all activities concerned with the Property Management process in order to optimise the Company's profit, including the establishment and development of new markets in order to add value to the portfolio and/or the Company and improve the long-term profitability of properties / shopping Centres under management through revamps and/or expansions.



DUTIES:


Facilitate the Property management process in selected retail Centres within the mandates provided by the client
Maximizing the profitability of the Company by efficiently managing existing business in the Retail business stream
Strategic positioning of the company as retail experts and growing the company in the area of managing retail Centres
Revamps and/or expansions to existing shopping Centres to improve the long-term profitability of the Centres
Public Relations and Community Involvement

REQUIREMENTS:

EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificate as Full Status Agent (NQF5 qualification). Advanced business knowledge, especially in the property industry and associated financial markets backed-up by at least 10 years appropriate experience.

Experience in managing people is recommended. Although a minimum of Gr 12 with university entrance is required, a business degree would be a strong recommendation.

Travelling Nationally is required
