We have a vacancy for a Reservationist on one of the Cape Winelands’ most famous Wine Estates. You will handle all aspects of reservations for guests concerning tours, picnics, wine tasting, and all other in-house activities. The complete process from reservation through to check-out will be your responsibility, including advising guests on all activities and locations to visit on the estate.

Requirements:

Minimum Matric

Previous experience in Hospitality industry

Previous experience in handling of reservations in a Hotel or Guesthouse environment

Computer Literate

Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
