Job description
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the implementation, management and quality controls of recruitment across all qualitative research projects. They are able to take responsibility for their own time and work, and have the knowledge and experience to complete a number of recruitment related research tasks. Their role in recruitment related decision making is incremental and they provide useful input into sample designs, quotas, etc.to ensure the successful running of all qualitative research projects.
