A support role in line with Divisional objectives, providing product and sales support to Branches and Product Support Staff, in the form of product information, pricing guidelines, client enquiry identification and pricing for branch submission, stock order compiling and submission, price and product maintenance, market intelligence and general support functions.
To ensure excellent and speedy branch service in support of sales and margin objectives.
T&E product identification and branch assistance with quoting ensuring best margins are achieved while maintaining competitiveness.
Stock ordering / processing of orders placed and expediting of orders with suppliers.
Supplier evaluation and interaction ensuring strong relationships
Assisting branches with stock management initiatives, including model adjustments, price overrides, top-ups and backorders.
Answer telephones, take messages, respond to emails with positive a professional and attitude.
Maintaining supplier information, catalogue requests and new product information.
Compiling of special offers and co-ordination with marketing team.
Recording of T & E Catalogue update adjustments
Stock take counts when required.
Requirements:
Education and experience
Grade 12
Tools and Equipment knowledge.
Previous internal sales experience.
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel
Kerridge experience an advantage.
