New Supplier and Client profile creation. Request Supplier Information. Update Existing Supplier Profile. Load Images and Descriptions. Communicate between Consultants, Accounts department, Product Manager, Loader. Conduct Quality Control Checks.
High-level content writing (suppliers and destinations descriptions). Destination and suppliers research. Office management (answering the phone, preparing boardroom for meetings, preparing basic onboarding for new staff, etc.). Assisting in the support of product team members. Report directly to Executive Product Head. Assist with any other tasks given by your manager. ownership of a workflow and its process. D evelop product knowledge by undergoing training and by self-determined learning. Resolve any issues that may arise efficiently and professionally. When required, assist with rates administration and related data capturing on the in-house reservation system
Qualifications
Travel and Tourism Certificate.
Skills
Tour Operating / Travel industry experience an advantage - preferably in product and contracting environment with practical experience in reading and understanding hotel and supplier contracts.
Practical working experience in a professional office environment.
Accurate and Analytical - High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail.
Good Global Geographical knowledge.
Strong organisational abilities - to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Results orientated - Able to work well in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of Process Flows.
Good Administration skills.
Apply logic and identify resources to assist process.

Salary / Package
R10 000 - R13 000ctc per month
