Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Procurement Process โ Administration of the procurement process, including setting up a guideline for other departments and reviewing of the existing supplier list
Contract Management โ Administration of the contract process including checking of terms and conditions and management of expiry/termination.
Sourcing of suitable suppliers for our internal requirements
Credit Applications โ Completion of credit application forms and checking of terms and conditions
BBBEE โ Assistance with all BBBEE requirements as follows, but not limited to:
Management of the Procurement report and schedules
BBBEE certificates and compliance of vendors
Admin requirement for all BBBEE aspects
Adherence to all company policies and procedures
Assistance with all required documentation and queries in the annual audit
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification (this would be an advantage)
Competencies:
Accuracy & Attention to Detail
Analytical Skills
Deadline Orientated & Time Management
Ability to read and understand Contracts
Understanding of BBBEE
Excel compulsory
