Overview
My client a large Convention Centre in Johannesburg is urgently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to CEO and GM.The key responsiblity is to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to both the CEO and GM's 'working commitments and communication for both parties.

Requirements:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience as a Personal Assistant for Senior Management

Fully bilingual
Responsibilities:
Managing diaries
Organising meetings and appointments
Screening of telephone calls
Replying to emails
Travel arrangements
Exco Monthly & Management packs
Assist with training requirements
Maintain filing/archive system
Purchase orders
Ordering of uniforms
Stationery
Setting up of boardrooms and Video calling
Taking of minutes
Responsible for all Office equipment : ie. copy machine etc
