My client, a very well established concern who markets agricultural products is seeking to employ Logistics Admin Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate must be driven, organized, be able to work under pressure and work well within a team environment. A relevant degree will be advantageous.
Duties include: Invoicing Opening of contracts on system Compiling and submitting physical sales and purchase contracts Distribute contacts to suppliers and clients Managing monthly Nedback audit by collecting POD's 6 Month reconciliations Executing on contract terms and conditions Stock and quality controle Manage the execution of import and export documents Negotiating rates with transporters Develop relationships Compile transport contracts using the template Follow-up on trucks to determine ETA Good relationships with loading and off-loading points Daily admin - loading of data, reconcile POD's and loading weights Weekly planning of truck movements and stock delivery Handling of client, transporter and supplier related queries Requirements: B.Comm degree will be to your advantage Min 2 year experience Be fully bilingual Afr / Eng Ability work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
