OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE - LEAD GENERATION SALES AGENTS – INTERNATIONAL VEHICLE INSURANCE COMPANY

WELL ESTABLISHED UK INSURANCE COMPANY IS SEEKING TOP SALES AGENTS | CBD CAPE TOWN

R5 500 – R6 500 SALARY PER MONTH PLUS UNCAPPED COMM (AVERAGE COMM IS R3 000 – R10 000 PER MONTH)

SALARY WILL BE INCREASED AFTER PROBATION TO R7 000 PLUS COMM.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday Rotational Shifts starting from 09:00am and finish 9:00pm

Working 45 Hours per week and every second Saturday. Hours are based on UK operating hours

We are needing Driven, Motivated & Dynamic candidates that meet with the job requirements below:

Must be extremely well spoken (have no accent) as you will be dealing with a UK Client base.
Previous SALES experience is essential – ideally NOT ONLY within a contact centre environment.
Must have experience in selling telephonically as well as face to face and excelling in this.
Must have stable career and longevity in previous positions.
Must have an excellent attendance and time keeping record and work ethic.
Must be target driven and ambitious.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Must have Matric.
Experience in dealing with UK clients is ideal.
Must have ability to work well under pressure.
Be passionate in providing high service levels.
Must be a quick thinker, adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
Personality is paramount, so must be: Outspoken; Structured; Self-motivated and self-managed;
Must be highly Driven; Competitive; Money Hungry and Take ownership / Take initiative.
Must be able to work relevant shifts/hours.
