The ADMINISTRATOR must have a head for numbers, experience with MS Excel, and strong analytical skills. The Administrator will report directly to the Branch Manager, should have a structured approach to financial & administrative tasks and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Handle all filing, managing and maintaining of files
Manage all financial transactions and record-keeping
Manage all office administrative tasks as required
Any related or additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Matric
Office filing & bookkeeping or related qualification
Well spoken
Dynamic
Organised
Time-Conscious
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
