Basic functions of the role will include;
Receptionist role: Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
Sales role: Handling telephonic sales enquiries and assisting the Plant Manager
Input and control the Timelog management system for staff
General office data capturing in Pastel (this role ideally suits a person with some knowledge of Pastel).
The administrator will be required to do some basic HR functions
The administrator must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
The administrator will be required to do daily inputs of production and sales data in programmes like Excel and Work.

Planning
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 certificate and a clean driverβs license
(no criminal record)
2-3 yearsβ experience in same / similar field is essential
Proficiency in Afrikaans and English, verbally and written.
South African citizen
