From the start, you’ll be cared for by our Manager who will pair you up with a Mentor. By working alongside a senior agent Mentor with no less than 3 years of real estate experience, you can be sure you’re learning from only the best. Becoming a Full Status Agent is a process that takes a minimum of 12 months to achieve, here’s how we’ll get you started:

Induction and orientation: We’ll introduce you to the a programme we’ve designed to give you an overview of logbook training and our bespoke agent systems and training site.

Inspired training: Get on-the-job training as you job shadow managers, other agents, principals, administrators and your Mentor. Along the way, you’ll collate vital practical learning’s, estate agency functions and activities into your logbook and get the skills training needed to ready you for your NQF4 qualification (National Qualification in Real Estate).

Onwards and upwards: After you’ve spent 12 months with us and filled your logbook, we’ll enroll you in a workshop to get you ready to take on your PDE (Professional Designation Exam) with confidence. Once you’ve passed your exam and become a Full Status Agent, we’ll make sure you continue on your upward learning curve and training through the Training Academy.

What you will need

Matric

Tertiary Education will be and advantage

Own Car with Valid License

Well presented and well groomed with Professional and sober Habits

English and Afrikaans fully Bilingual and Fluent.

Previous experience in realty will be an advantage
