The role of the call centre consultant would be to follow-up on all lost clients and offer alternatives to ensure they remain within the company.
Key Performance Areas:
Receives notification of no deals done via CMS.
Calls customer contacted.
Obtains and understands reason for lost sale and actions accordingly
Briefing phone call from deal saver to sales executive (provide details of customer and their interest)
Allocate relevant sales executive
Sales manager re-allocates to sales executive on CMS
Continues regular Sales and follow-up process
Requirements:
Grade 12 (minimum requirement)
Minimum one-year inbound call centre experience (essential)
Good Command of English
