New Partner Consultant
BUSINESS FUNCTION:
As a New Partner Consultant, you will be the face of the company โ it is the first human interaction many leads will have with us as a company. Confidently representing our brand, the way we do business and the values we uphold is fundamental as this role sets the tone for the ongoing relationship our customers have with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Convert leads into new customers * Develop and master consultative selling techniques * Meet and exceed the New Partner acquisition target * Create a great first impression for prospects by providing them with a world-class experience * Work closely with all other parts of the companies team to support the ongoing expansion of the business on a global scale * Understand both your Partners and the industry in general to help us deliver first-class products and services
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING
It is essential that you: * Love selling, and owning your numbers * Have a great telephone manner * Can think strategically while keeping your activity high * Like healthy competition * Have strong consultative skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effective with professional, senior stakeholders * Have a passion for innovation and a keen interest in disruptive technology * Want to work in an agile data-driven sales environment which has a proven track record in global sales success * Can demonstrate having achieved KPIs in a phone-based sales role (with bonus points awarded for experience selling a subscription-based/SaaS solution) you will get leads but you will need to farm and develop into sales
