New Business Operations Agent
Duties & Responsibilities
This multi-functional role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Agent with Inbound, Outbound and Customer Service experience
Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with Inbound and Outbound calls relating to the lead generation activities
- Capturing, updating and maintenance of new leads on Sales Force.
- Enhance and escalate leads to various Product partners.

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to adapt to continuous change within the department, products and systems
- Must be flexible with an open mind to find solutions and overcome challenges
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualification & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- 1-year in- and outbound call centre sales or customer service experience
- Proven computer skills, experience with customer relationship management systems - advantageous
