New Business Loans Telemarketing Team Leader

N/Subs. Market related salary + ben. Requires person to manage a team in a Contact Centre in order to enable productivity and objectives in the Loans Telemarketing team in order to maximise results. Shift work will be required in line with the Telemarketing operations hours –
Mondays to Sundays.

Grade 12 needed with 2 years Team Leader experience in a Call Centre is essential. Will ensure daily/monthly Contact Centre targets are met. Set goals with team members, resolve people related problems, manage and maintain a focused and motivated team, as well as coach, mentor and develop the team.
