MR DELIVERY, ADVISOR

Serve as the voice of Mr. Delivery

Interact with restaurants, customers and drivers in a courteous manner

Help resolve restaurant, customer and driver issues

Troubleshoot/problem solve scenarios such as redeliveries, traffic and restaurant delays

Communicate important issues with management and local owners



Candidate Requirements
1-2 years of call centre experience preferred but not required

6 months-1 year of experience in the delivery/ service industry is prefered but not required.

Multi tasker and past dispatching experience is a plus!

As you are employed as a Call Centre agent servicing our customers based in the United States, clear, concise and well spoken English as well as the ability to type/navigate basic computer systems (ex. google).

As this position is required to service our customers in the United States of America you will be required to work Early Evening/ Night Shifts and need to be flexible with your schedule.

Salary: up to R8,000.00 /month
