Qualifications and Experience:

Have 3 Years’ Experience in the Claims Processing Environment
Tertiary commerce or other relevant Bachelor’s Degree
Have a background in marketing
Have Experience within the Medical Services Claims Industry & knowledge of Legislation Regulations
Have Matric
Must have Medical Aid, COIDA & Medical Act Knowledge
Must be computer literate
Have an understanding of mathematical & other numerical information

Key Performance Areas:

Take ownership of the conceptualization, setup and implementation of new business ventures;
Train and develop staff members for new products and/or services, with the aim of continued improvement and optimization of resources;
Continuous improvement of relationships with existing clients;
Market and industry research;
Weekly feedback reporting to management; and
Ad hoc tasks in line with the company’s objectives as and when required.
Remuneration:

Salary is R 15 000 per month + Commission
