Job Description:

We are looking for a young & experienced Media Sales Managerto join our fast growing Mobile Advertising & Reward Agency operation in Johannesburg as Digital Account / Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate MUST have a STRONG media sales experience with remarkable background in selling various media platfroms to Media Agencies and direct clients.

You will be responsible to maintain and grow strong relationships with our Key Accounts clients and hunt for new opportunities across South Africa.

If you believe you are an excellent relationship builder, you have a sales hunter attitude, you're not affraid of rejections and you're very comfortable with meeting & exceeding sales targets, then we would like to meet you, URGENTLY.

You'll need to come from a STRONG Media Sales backgroundand understand digital marketing and sales cycles.

As a Digital Sales Manager, you’ll be directly reporting to our Group Account Directors based in our Head Office in South Africa.

Provable sales track record is a MUST!

Build excellent relationships with Key Account clients
Hunt for new opportunities across South Africa;
Daily progress report to Account Directors;
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Broad understanding of Media Sales (The various players, sales cycle and SA market);
Excellent understanding of Digital marketing & media;
Excellent understanding of the media lanscape in South Africa..
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

Degree in Marketing, Media or Digital Marketing Certificate.
5+ years of industry experience (minumum)
Enthusiastic about meeting sales targets
Good & professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be a positive team player and self-driven and motivated.
Offer (Package):

Basic Salary + up to 3 times your monthly salary in commission(On Target Bonus paid quaterly).
