Telesales Order Clerk- Meadowdale

A fast growing well-established organisation is looking for a dynamic, energetic Telesales Order Clerk in Meadowdale. The succesful candidate will be reporting to the Shared Services Sales Support Manager
Daily telephonic calls to telesales customers
Receiving and capturing of orders
Capturing of total jab orders and vacant reps areas
Daily contact with buying groups and relevant sales reps
Faxing updated price lists
Understanding of company systems and requirements through internal training
Completed matric or equivalent accredited by SAQA
2-3 years experience in the telesales environment within the FMCG industry
A clear understanding and working knowledge of the predetermined formal Accounts Channel of the FMCG environment, in which the following will be implemented and executed
Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) with good telephone etiquette
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ability to display assertiveness

Good problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
Able to work under pressure with high level of accuracy
