Key Purpose
To accurately capture and maintain master data in a timeous manner and ensure the desired level of data quality and integrity are achieved.
Enforcing consistent master data governance for the various master data functions managed within the FSSC thereby providing Engen with clean and accurate Master Data which drives multiple processes as well as creates the platform for accurate reporting.

Specific Outcomes
Create and maintain master data
*Create and maintain master data records by ensuring data accuracy as per required guidelines within agreed SLA thereby creating an accurate platform for reporting

Data quality and integrity
*Conduct quality checks on data by verifying that the information received from the business is accurate and meets the requirements of data rules to ensure clean and accurate Master Data

Query handling
*Manage new and ongoing queries through logging and resolving queries related to Master Data to ensure adherence to agreed SLA

Stakeholder engagement
*Liaise with multiple stakeholders through constant communication and facilitation of the creation of master data to ensure the requirements of data rules are met

Project management
*Collaborate with business and FSSC team by continuously driving workplace and service delivery improvement initiatives


Education & Experience
Minimum Requirements
*NQF level 6 (Diploma in accounting/credit management)
*3 years SAP Master Data experience
*3 years data capturing or administration experience

Preferred Requirements
*IS qualification
*Basic SAPICS course
