Marketing Assistant

In this dynamic role, you will be working as the conduit between clients, workflow and projects delivery, on a range of high volume creative and digital projects spanning; design, social media, paid media and events.

Working from the briefing stage, you will be key in allocating resources to jobs, overseeing trafficking, scheduling, and production of all artwork. You are highly organized and enjoy managing multiple projects concurrently, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills, adaptable, flexible and a natural problem solver.

Duties
Support the marketing manager with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
Managing digital assets associated with campaign elements
Managing workload and time resources of the digital designers to ensure delivery of projects to agreed deadlines
Manage social media content and communication calendar
Measure the success of social media campaigns
Improve communication of marketing initiatives within the company
Plan all our company events with attention to financial and time constraints

Qualifications and requirements
Minimum two years of related experience
A qualification in marketing, PR, communications or related field
Technical knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and tracking
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills including proofreading and copywriting
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and complete multiple projects
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully with external and internal parties
Familiarity with digital platforms, web design, and publishing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Learns quickly and able to change in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
