MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The role of Marketing Manager within a well -established, dynamic, specialist Property company has recently become available, reporting directly to the Managing Director.


The position would entail overseeing the marketing and communications operations of the business efficiently with the company, whilst managing and developing marketing and communications resources.

KEY RESULT AREAS

* Managing and maintaining all social media platforms
* Managing all content and maintaining databases

* Keeping updated on company dealings and marketing related functions
* Managing all marketing content, proof reading, and copy editing
* Ensuring that all marketing campaigns are relevant and constantly updated
* Maintaining relations with various Editors from different publications
* Successfully managing and maintaining the SharePoint and OneDrive site
* Effectively utilising Office365, maintaining functionality, as well as act as Administrator for the programmes
* Maintaining the PropData site as well as act as Administrator
* Reviewing operational policies and procedures
* Organizing various company events
* Overseeing the company's corporate social responsibility by contributing to various non-profit organizations
* Implementing effective marketing and communication strategies
* Designing and producing all marketing material
* Effectively managing the company's brand and corporate identity
* Maintaining the company's central server and IT infrastructure, i.e. SharePoint and OneDrive
* Effectively managing client accounts/portfolio
* Offering support and training to all Brokers
* Assisting with company branded PowerPoint presentations
* Continually looking for ways to generate new leads
* Ensuring that all employees follow company guidelines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Relevant Marketing Diploma / Degree or related
* Minimum 3 Years relevant marketing experience, in particular knowledge and understanding of SEO compliance for website and google ad word campaigns,
digital marketing tools and doing designs for newsletters, website, social media platforms is essential
* Min 1 years' experience in editorial content - copyright and designing and photo shop images to draw up advertising
* MS Office and Photo shop experience essential
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
