Education and Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric plus or relevant experience
Code 8 driver's licence
Minimum of 3 years working in similar environment with exposure to business financials Advanced / Expert computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong analytical ability, strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working in Kerridge will be advantageous
Excellent inter-personal skills, including a very strong verbal and grammatically correct written English communication skills
Ability to interact with senior management; excellent communication skills with people at all levels in an organization
Responsibilities

Overall responsibility to ensure administrative tasks related to financial aspects of the Rental business operations are completed correctly and timeously: verification and processing of rental fleet buy-backs, rental fleet clearing account reconciliation, compile invoice schedules for rental fleet owners, prepare rental fleet cost / rate calculations and quotations; processing of sales and purchases of units
Overall responsibility to ensure administrative tasks related to rental contracts are completed correctly and timeously: verification of rental fleet contracts, preparing rental agreements, maintain contracts, continuously manage and implement necessary actions related to contract escalations and end-of-term reports received from Head Office
Overall responsibility to ensure quality of customer interaction and service (drive customer service excellence, ensure good communication with customers, developing and fostering partnerships with and tailormade solutions for clients; evaluation of own development needs and ensuring lack of knowledge / skills are addressed

Facilitating customer complaints and queries; ensure it is followed through and communicate process / result to customers; foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out; ensure timeous feedback / communication to customers
Prepare fleet analysis reports for rental customers
Providing scheduled (monthly, weekly and daily) and ad-hoc reports as might be requested by department manager and / or Head Office. General administrative duties and assistance to Commercial manager (following up with customers for order numbers on abuse repairs, typing of quotations, faxing, filing, reports, etc.)
Debtors: disputes and ensuring accounts are paid up to date
Filing systems โ€“ daily filing
Balancing the Rental Clearing Account and ensuring all is received and verified
Creating and monitoring purchase orders
Ensuring that outstanding orders are followed up and processed. Orders to be received
Participative responsibility to grow department in line with company requirements
Ability to develop and implement operational innovation
