Averda SA (www.averda.com) is currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Representatives to be based at the Healthcare Business in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town.


POSITION: Junior Sales Representatives

The successful candidates will report directly to the Field Sales Manager: Healthcare and will be responsible to identify new business opportunities with the view to secure sustainable revenue streams from potential customers in identified areas.

Meet sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
Network with potential customers and business partners to promote the company’s service offerings
Responsible for own sales targets and cold calling
Grow and retain current business, identifying market opportunities and Hi Potential clients
Develop and establish relationships with internal teams and through these partnerships ensuring a seamless and quality service being provided to the client
Ensure CRM system is managed and maintained
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are submitted
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Studying towards or completed a relevant tertiary qualification is essential

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant sales experience within a services related industry. Any sales experience gained within the medical waste industry would be advantageous but not essential

The applicant will be expected to achieve pre - determined targets and goals

Other requirements are:

High energy.

Can work in a highly pressurized and demanding industry.

Sound knowledge of MS Office.

Presentation and report writing skills.

NB! Must have a valid drivers’ license and a motor vehicle.

In addition to a lucrative commission scheme, a competitive, market related remuneration package that might include a full fleet card is offered.
