Requirements:
HR Degree or Diploma
2 years of HR and recruitment experience
Payroll and timesheet experience
The individual should be reliable and punctual
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.

Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.Assisting with preparations and posting jobs.
Screening candidates resumes and job applications.
Conducting telephonic screenings.
Assessing applicantβs relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Conducting reference checks including qualifications, criminal and credit checks.
Managing resources including leave, timesheets, general queries and customer liaison.
Ensuring quality meets customer requirements.
Applying HR best practices.
Ensuring that KPAβs are in place for all Staff
Managing KPA's and performance.
Providing analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
Promoting the companyβs reputation as the best place to work.
Assisting with payroll by verifying timesheets on a monthly basis.
Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
Ensuring that all HR Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
Assisting with Account Management when required
Updating and Submitting the Skills Matrix, Disciplinary Database and Month to Month Comparison
Conducting interviews with candidates when required
Standing in at meetings when required
Following up with Labournet regarding queries
Following up with resources when required
