Key Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas
Manage outbound contacts to international customer base for a professional product
Educate potential clients on specific process and services related to product
Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis
Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner

Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Manage leads effectively and consistently, meet or exceed allocated daily, weekly and monthly targets
Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.
We know it’s a tall order, but for the calibre candidate we’re looking for it will be a delicious challenge.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT

Fluency in English, you will be talking to international clients so this is essential!

Make sure you are able and willing to work shifts: Monday - Thursday: Day Shift 07:30-17:00 OR Night Shift 14:00pm - 23:00pm or 16:30pm - 12:00am +Plus Weekends: Saturday 8:30 - 19:00 Sunday - 07:30 - 18:00 (Free transportation is provided if required to work night shift.)

Salary:

Basic salary
Uncapped Commission!!!
Your salary will largely depend on what you bring to the table, you could earn up to or over R20,000 with additional incentives and rewards it's entirely up to you!
