REMUNERATION: R310 992 Basic Salary per month

PURPOSE

Maintain and provide a human resources management information service to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Update approved departmental and organisational structure changes on the SAP HR system. Link all changed and new positions to cost centres and organisational units. Remove unfunded vacancies as per finance schedule. Identify, extract and provide position numbers to staffing section when vacancies need to be filled. Publish and provide management with departmental organisational structures on request. Verify positions status and history when required. Employment Equity report, monthly and quarterly. HR and payroll reports. Man hours and overtime reports monthly to the Health and Safety Manager and Personnel Manager. Absenteeism and overtime graphs monthly to the Personnel Manager. Quarterly employment statistics to Stats South Africa. Board member payments reports quarterly to Company Secretariat and finance. Run Labour relations report monthly. Absenteeism and overtime report, mid-and yearly reports to line management for performance management purposes. Executive management salary reports monthly to the Finance department. Provide establishment and compliment statistics monthly to the Finance department. Reconcile staff movement figures monthly with the actual HR SAP/PAY system. Reconcile SAP HR/PY establishment with org publisher. Identify incorrectly captured data on the SAP HR/PY system and report to the Personnel Manager. Identify and verify with payroll staff possible incorrect actions on the SAP HR/PY system. Provide personnel related information required by different internal and external bodies. Populate templates from various internal and external bodies such as the COJ, DWA. Provide training statistics and reports to training department. Compile industrial action statistics. Provide the Personnel Manager with personnel related information. Advise regional HR staff on monthly reports. Conduct project work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:

National Diploma : Information Technology or Human Resources
2 years’ experience in SAP HR Information System
Advanced Excel skills
