PURPOSE

To assist the Manager: Marketing and Communications with development and implementation of the company strategy/policy relating to publications produced by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise closely with departments head within the company to ensure that the company publication needs of different departments are coordinated and implemented. Assist in the continuous development of the company’s web services, promotion of the website to all stakeholders and linking of the site to other sites which are of mutual benefit to the company. Development of general company literature, this includes newsletters, posters, pamphlets, etc. in line with corporate identity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:

National Diploma in Public Relations or Graphic Design.
3 years’ experience in design and layout of publications materials, web services and content management and graphic design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Registration with Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa would be an advantage.
Valid driver’s license
