JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visitors:
Receive, attend to and direct visitors in the reception area
Maintain the reception area
Telephone:
Process incoming and outgoing calls
Mail:
Receive, distribute and dispatch mail in an office environment
Maintain and update the managerβs Outlook calendar as required
Meetings:
Β
Β
Co-ordinate meetings, minor events and travel arrangements
Make appointments as required
Prepare agenda and minutes when required
Supplies:
Maintain stationery and office supply stock levels
Maintain refreshment stock levels
Track consumption and cost
SAP:
Requisitioning
Process departmental invoices
Ensure that all supporting documents for purchases are archived on SAP
Reports:
Compile departmental reports as required
Compile departmental newsletter
Systems:
Maintain e-mail distribution list
Maintain and update departmental IMS
Maintain and update GAL
General Office Administration:
Manage HR Building
Maintain the office filing system
Coordinate the maintenance and cleaning of offices
Conduct any other general office administration as required
Maintain and update HR ChromeDoc Index system

Grade 12/N3
3 years relevant experience
Computer literacy
