Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that all Infor EAM users are following defined process flows of creating work orders, status changes, updating comments etc
Ensure data integrity by periodically check that information entered into
Infor EAM is done correctly and completely
Ensure that all information is accurate according to each department i.e. department, sub department, problem codes etc
Responsible for maintaining Base Table Data like problem codes, cost centers, locations etc
Responsible for user and security administration on the system
Assess additional client/TFS information requirements and communicate these to Regional Systems Administrator, Snr Facilities Manager and Soft Services Manager

PPM Management:
Responsible for setting up of new PPMs on Infor EAM and ensure proper scheduling of these
Make amendments to PPM Schedules, Asset/Locations included in PM schedules and PM tasks as per instruction from the relevant manager
Responsible for generation of PPM work orders on a weekly basis and ensure that these are handed to the relevant manager
Follow up on the PPMs and ensure that all PPM work orders issued out are returned within specific period

Capture all information from PPM work orders onto Infor EAM including labour hours and all comments
All remedial/additional work identified by artisan on PPM work orders is communicated to planner/foreman and necessary follow up work orders are created to execute these

Reports:
Run daily/weekly/monthly work analysis reports for departments
Escalate unattended weekly work analysis reports to Snr Facilities manager within 24 hours
Identify additional reporting requirements with relevant users/managers and communicate these to Regional systems administrator and Snr Facilities Manager
Run monthly reports for inclusion in the monthly client report including compliments and complaints report (SLA report)
Obtain statistical information regarding work orders and distribute these to the related departments
Problem code report
Labour hours report
SLA hourly report

Other:
Assist with print room job requests
Assist with surplus technical labour hour capturing
Relieving other Soft services positions as and when required
Skills and Competencies Ability to deliver high quality and proactive service to internal and external customers
Ability to effectively manage people, processes and projects
Ability to identify and develop and apply new ideas and practices in areas of responsibility that are consistent with Tsebo's strategies and which demonstrates a proactive approach to meeting the needs of the account
Ability to use own initiative and to operate with no management support when required
Must be able to work to and achieve deadlines
Must be proactive
Must be able to operate under pressure
Must be able to work on his/her own
Must have good communication skills-on all levels
Must be approachable
Qualifications Matric
MS Office Packages
Experience on / Exposure to EAM
Knowledge of database and how they work
Knowledge of system reporting concepts
