Key Purpose of the job:
Daily handling of electronic and telephonic client queries on SA Home Loan products and third party products and ensuring that the agreed service levels are met.
Alignment to business driver / strategy
Alignment to the Amazing Service principle and program.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring first call query resolution
To assist with the handling of all client enquiries and electronic communication (internal and external) to be responsible for satisfying the customerβs needs and maintain a good image for the company
Follow up on all outstanding documentation and queries in line with our SLA of 24 hours turnaround time

Ensure the relevant security checks are done prior to releasing any client information and correct details are captured and updated on the databaseRemain up to date with all SA Home Loans products, processes and procedures
Ensure first call and query resolution is adhered to with all client and staff interactions
Behaviour and Attitude
Manage your behaviour to enhance the reputation and brand of the department and the company at all times
Sound confident and eager to assist
Use the appropriate tone during all client interactions and express a willingness to help
Always display professionalism, courtesy and friendliness towards all stakeholders
Be punctual and adhere to the allocated lunch and tea times
Attendance at work as per agreed standards and policies

Minimum Requirements:
Education
Matric
Preferred: Call Centre Certificate/Diploma, BA administration diploma
Experience
1 year experience in a home loan, customer service and call centre environment
Preferred: 2 years experience in a home loan, customer service and call centre environment
