OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

In-Home Field Engineer Coordinator & support
Provide support to Field Engineers and co-ordinate daily activities
Plan daily trips per technician
Co-ordinate appointments between technicians and customers
Monitor and KPI reporting for in-home repairs
Collecting and scrapping of used parts
Crediting of parts
Complete all the admin from inception of the call until the end of the call
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5,000.00 to R5,500.00 /month
