New upmarket Sports Bar / Club based in De Waterkant, in need of experienced Grillers with minimum 2 years experience.
Duties and Responsibilities

In addition to preparing grilled foods, the Griller may also be called on to fry, bake or even microwave meat, poultry and fish dishes as part of their duties.

The Grill cook will also sometimes be responsible for preparing these dishes prior to being cooked, which may involve cutting or carving meat, fish or poultry; as well as assembling, measuring, and mixing other ingredients for each particular dish.

The Grill cook may work independently or may be in charge of supervising an assistant.

Other tasks that a Grill cook may be charged with include ensuring that ingredients are stored properly and maintaining an inventory of food and other items needed for the grill station.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.

Must be able to speak English

Reliable and trustworthy

Must have a valid South African I.D. or current work permit

Reside in the area in order to get to De Waterkant, easily and effortlessly

Must be presentable for front of house appearances while open.

Salary : Market related
