Half Day Position

This role is a part time role, Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 13:00 with a huge opportunity to go full time

Purpose of Position: The HR and Accounting assistant will assist in the growth and development of our business through quality management of the support function whilst being at the forefront of this ever changing industry. The successful incumbent will assist both the Financial account and HR officer in the management of data across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Β 

Β 
Accounting:

Management of the input of financial information to our accounting system
Reconciliation of basic accounts and creditors
Capturing supplier invoices and processing some payments
Bank and debtor reconciliation daily
Assistance with daily administration and filling
HR:

Assisting new employees through the first phase of the employee life cycle – collecting information and passing this on to HR Officer
Preparing all new staff for first day of training and on boarding
Ensuring all staff data bases are up to date and correct
Preparing hours for payroll using our biometric system
Creating and managing a full employee filling system
Regular site visits in Cape Town
Admin:

Managing and responding to customer queries using our dashboard
Part time management of the Directors diaries
Ad-hoc office assistance
