Girl Friday/Receptionist is needed for my Client who is in the Insurance Industry

The position is based in Kenilworth/Claremont area

We ideally looking for someone who can grow in the role and develop their skills in the Insurance Industry over time



You need to have the following Attributes:

Presentable
Well spoken as you dealing with Clients and will be the voice of the Company
Must have Matric Certificate

Duties:

Answer telephone calls
Taking messages
Handling faxes and emails
Arrange courier services
Arrange boardroom refreshments if needed
Assisting other Departments such as Claims etc
