About the Position

National Supplier of fresh produce is seeking an experienced Staging Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for all communication between clients and the quality division.

Requirements:

Relevant Degree
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Knowledge of fresh produce - NOT NEGOTIABLE
Computer literate
High attention to detail
Ability to work under high pressure, in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills

Some duties - not limited to:

Ensure communication between company and clients
Knowledge of client product and specifications
Handle all client queries and special requests regarding inventory, quality and waste
Keep clients updated in any aspect the company delivers
Reconcile physical stock take with inventory system on a daily basis
Communicate with Operations and Production manager
Stock rotation (FIFO SYSTEM)
Waste management
Draw daily orders from relevant retailers, create pick instructions and invoice the retailers daily
Ensure all reworks, transport and cooling is invoiced to the clients
Ensure that the Production department completes daily traceability sheets and record keeping thereof.
Maintain a detailed and accurate stock report for clients
Report all waste to clients on daily basis
Communicate with QC Manager to ensure product is within the minimum requirements for sending to relevant DC
