Food and Beverage / Banquet Manager

Destiny Hotel & Convention Centre by BON Hotels seeks to appoint a strong, ambitious and hard working Food & Beverage/ Banqueting Manager. This position will suit someone who has previously been an F&B and/or Banqueting Manager at large venues.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes and experience

Matric plus applicable Hotel School Diploma or University Degree
Extensive experience in conference and banqueting management
Strong F&B control experience
Must be prepared to work long hours as and when required
Must have a "Hands On" management approach
Should be both a "detail" and "big picture" thinker
Must be deadline oriented
Strong leadership ability
Traceable references
Own reliable transport
