FIXING CREATIVE

Tasks

Be part of the hotel engineering department.
Fix anything that’s broken. A toilet. A door. An Air Conditioning unit. Anything!
Keep the hotel in tip top shape and prevent things needing fixed.
Make friends. Meet and support our contractors.
There’s one rule. Be safe. Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and bring it to life.
Support your Gaffer with compliance, ensuring the hotel complies with all areas of required legislation.

Help out where it’s needed - there are no department boundaries in Red.
Communicate with fellow Creatives …. constantly.
Offer ideas, make suggestions and encourage fellow Creatives - for the benefit of guests, the venue and your colleagues.
Providing efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to guests, hence maximizing guest satisfaction.
You know this is a job about flexibility – you will be delivering on the engineering front. However, on a random Wednesday, you might be showing off your pool skills; why not? After all, you’ll flow with the team. This is Red.
