Interesting FM position to sink your teeth into, available in Somerset West in Cape Town. This role needs to be filled urgently. The company is a well-established, growing business that need the service of an in-house FM, where this position had been outsourced up to now. Apply right away, the client is already interviewing.
You will have to take charge of the full accounting function, including, but not limited to, the following:

Creditors and Debtors Management

Cashflow analysis and forecasts on a weekly basis

Management Accounts

Implementing financial reporting structures

Compliance

Interaction with external clients, suppliers and senior management

Education:

B.Com or B.Tech degree in Accounting or similar

SAIPA or SAICA articles - advantageous with 3 years' commercial experience in a similar role

or

Newly qualified CA(SA) or CIMA



Skills and Experience

High level computer literacy

Strong Excel

Experience managing staff

Ability to engage on all levels from junior staff to clients, suppliers and senior management

Ability to take initiative

Dynamic, strong personality that can deal with issues in a diplomatic yet effective way

A problem-solver

Bonuses paid at management and company discretion, based on company and individual performance
