Ensure correct installation and maintenance of seasonal windows on all brands;
Seasonal windows installed correctly, according to store communications (MIL) schedule, whilst supporting at store level where required.
Windows re-dressed to required standards and timeline, according to MIL issued.
Support Brand Visual Managers at model stores and workshops.
Supporting stores on any intermediate window issues and ensure maintenance to required standards.
Ensure that all store communications are executed effectively and efficiently in stores and provide summaries and feedback;
Ensure that any layout changes and visual directives are implemented effectively and on time, as per MIL's.
Provide comprehensive and accurate feedback to Visual Managers.
Ensure that working time is planned and managed effectively
Emails responded to by end of each working day.
Ensure that all stores within your region are visited and audited on a regular basis, and are given comprehensive feedback in between visits.
Liaise directly with Brand Visual Manager on specific store issues.
Hold individual, ad hoc store workshops to train and develop staff as necessary, on a monthly basis.
Nominate and coach store team member to maintain windows and VM (Visual Champion).
Build relationships and establish regular contact with all stores in your region.
Mentor and coach store teams as necessary, when visiting stores, ensuring a good understanding of required standards.
Ensure effective implementation of Sale and other promotions in stores and provide feedback summaries;
Prepare stores by ensuring that MIL's have been understood and that all sale components are correct and in place.
Liaise with Brand Visual Managers on store specific requirements.
Support on window installations (e.g. lightboxes, decals) where required.
Follow up visits to ensure correct execution and maintenance of sale, providing comprehensive feedback to Visual Brand Managers.

3-4 years of visual merchandising
Minimum Qualifications Required
Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma
Knowledge Required
Personal and project management
Business knowledge โ e.g. in operations/visual merchandising
MS Office proficiency (including powerpoint)
Good written communication skills
Ability to train others
Visual merchandising skills
Ability to work under pressure
Shows strong initiative
