Core Furniture Concepts is a leading supplier of luxury and hospitality furniture. We are increasing our online presence and need a talented team player to assist the E-Commerce team in expanding and maintaining our online presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The aim of the E Commerce Assistant position is to have an individual who has a good understanding and passion for E Commerce to assist the team with all aspects necessary to expand our online presence. This all rounded position will be the ideal opportunity for a junior incumbent to learn the daily workings of a cutting-edge online division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring all images and copy on the online store is of the highest quality and correct at all times
Load new products onto the site
Image sourcing, manipulation and optimization
Photography of product and deep etching
Management of content library
Create content landing pages to support campaigns

Create and load movies
Assisting the online team with any ad hoc duties
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Have an up to date knowledge of new online media tools and best practices in using these tools
An appetite for proactively staying on top of the latest trends, platforms and information in the digital space is a must, as well as the ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Full MS Office
Wordpress: (Level: Advanced)
Adobe Illustrator (Level: Fair)
Adobe Photoshop: (Level: Good)
Filmora or similar: (Level: Good)
REMUNERATION:

Market related and subject to applicants experience and qualifications.

Woodstock, Cape Town
HOURS:

8:30 – 5pm Monday - Friday
