As a Digital CSA, you will play a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems especially over this high volume time of year. Associates will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
Current Regular Amazon employee
Good command of the English Language (verbal and written).
Ability to navigate the Internet, email, and chat to customer via Instant Messenger tools.
Ability to cope well in a high pressure environment while maintaining high quality outputs.
Familiarity with Web Technologies and the Internet
Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues
Ability to summarize technical customer issues into notes that are easily readable by other parties (comprehension)
Ability to work any and all shifts (weekends and/or evenings)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Any Digital experience with Amazon will be advantageous
