Purpose of Role
To provide written, digital, and some telephonic support and feedback to local and international customers through all of our client contact points, and take required action to resolve any queries and problems in order to ensure the customer experience is an excellent one.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage our client contact electronic ticketing system to ensure that every single client query is dealt with, either by yourself, or an internal staff member if necessary.
Ensure that our international distributors are responding to all their local consumer queries and provide support where required.
Respond to website and social media client comments, and take action to address or forward any queries or problems to relevant parties.
Monitor public online product review platforms to respond where necessary and take action or report feedback when required.
Provide monthly reports on consolidated customer feedback to Sales Manager and pass on any relevant reports / info to other departmental managers.
Raise any issues of concern from customer feedback, make suggested proposals for change, and take ownership. of improving the customer experience
Keep administrative records of all data relating to customer related feedback
Qualifications and Experience Required
Matric and preferably a degree in public relations sales and marketing
2-3 years of written and telephonic customer support experience (not face to face)
Key Skills Required
Excellent interpersonal relations
Above average written English language skills
Very organised and structured
Strong Admin skills
Good knowledge of Excel and Google Drive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R8,000.00 to R10,000.00 /month
