Purpose of role
To be part of the CDKI partner program team, responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing all aspects of sales and marketing strategies relative to those partner accounts and prospects that have been assigned.
Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual partner revenue targets.
Maintain and grow existing baseline partner revenue
To meet those targets through professional diligence in meeting the needs of the partners and nurturing their growth in the program
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Converting partner leads into actionable opportunities
Undertake analysis of partners’ software application and define opportunity and fit within the partner program
Identify required API integrations and sequence entry to program as appropriate
Ensure that the new and existing partners are clear about their obligations to the overall governance of the partner program
Assessing potential partner marketplace per integration category and plan sign-up campaigns accordingly
Work with development team to understand available API integrations and to agree future API functionality
Manage an active partner pipeline and forecast partner revenue
Manage quarterly partner review cycle and agree partners’ annual incentive targets.
Manage new partners through the cycle of contract signature, certification, onboarding and GR to maximise CDK revenue opportunities
Skills / Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience with 3 years in Key Account Sales, preferably in the IT solution and automotive industry with a track record of overachievement
Customer focussed - maturity and diplomacy to handle the various levels within the kay account organizations. • Able to demonstrate a professional structured sales approach incorporating Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.
Results driven, ambitious, competitive
Resourceful
Excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning – politely assertive
Excellent negotiation skills
Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive
Highly organised within a process orientated environment
Highly computer literate and familiarity with CRM/SFA systems
