Working as part of the Customer service team, by delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients in an efficient and professional manner. Strong technical abilities coupled with client centricity will leads to growth and overall success of the business.
Job Requirements
Resolve general and technical queries using all platforms, i.e.. on-site, remotely and or telephonically
Client training on PMA, and third-party products
Ability to conduct Installations on in-house products
Provide PMA based troubleshooting
Have knowledge and ability to diagnose computer hardware and networks
Query escalation using proper channels
Proper logging of every client interaction using provided business systems and according to standard operating procedures
Ensure all support service levels are met
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Skills
Matric
/Diploma (or similar) an advantage.
A+,N+ or MCSE certificate
Hardware knowledge
PMA applications background
Knowledge of Switching products would be advantageous
Basic Network and Windows skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in the medical IT industry
2 years Medical claims experience
2 -3 years IT/software support
Call centre experience would be advantageous
Drivers Licence - Essential
