Matric

2 Years’ Experience in a similar position

Pastel Evolution – Advantageous

Must be a self-starter

MS Office


DUTIES:

Reporting to the Financial Manager

File and manage work flow of client orders

Ability to convert estimations, queries and orders to sales

Capture internal faxed orders and ensure it is captured and processed

Assist walk in clients with orders and queries

Receipting of invoices

Handle all aspects of invoicing and receipting

Produce clients with copies of tax invoices and proof of deliveries

Load new clients on the system

Assist with debtors’ collections

Reconciliation of accounts


SALARY: R10 000 (TCTC and includes R250 Pension
